Charles (Carlos) Worthington
Charles Worthington, also known as Carlos, is a proud Halifax native with deep roots in family, community, and environmental responsibility. With more than 30 years of experience spanning the construction and financial services industries, Charles brings a strong entrepreneurial spirit and proven leadership to every venture.
As the founder of Worthington Financial Inc., a national finance and insurance brokerage, and an experienced income property owner and renovation manager, Charles has built a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and client-first service. His diverse background gives him a unique understanding of both the structural and financial aspects of home investment.
Inspired by his commitment to family, community, and sustainability, Charles founded his metal roofing company, Elements Metal Roof, on the principles of integrity, accountability, and quality craftsmanship. His focus on environmentally friendly, high-performance roofing solutions at factory-direct value has earned the trust of homeowners and industry peers alike.
A dedicated community leader, Charles has spent over 20 years coaching youth soccer and football and has served as a ski patroller, reflecting his lifelong commitment to healthy living and mentorship. Today, two of his three sons are actively involved in the family business, continuing a legacy built on hard work, service, and excellence.
